Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026
LeadBridge respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through our website, demo, phone service, and related service-request workflows.
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service-request details, preferred contact time, consent choice and timestamp, call details or transcripts, and technical identifiers used to process and prevent duplicate submissions.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide or demonstrate LeadBridge services, route requests, notify the appropriate business owner, help arrange appointments, maintain reliable records, prevent duplicate submissions, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not use a service-request consent checkbox as permission for unrelated marketing.
Where information is stored and processed
Lead information is stored in Airtable and may be processed through the website host, workflow-automation tools, phone-service providers, email services, and Google Calendar when appointment booking is requested. These providers may process information in Canada or other countries under their own contractual and security safeguards.
Who can access information
Access is limited to LeadBridge personnel, the relevant participating service business, and service providers that need the information to operate the requested workflow. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and system reliability. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent for future communications, or request deletion where legally permitted. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully and may limit our ability to respond to the request.
Canadian privacy framework
LeadBridge aims to handle personal information consistently with applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), where it applies. This policy is general information and is not a certification of legal compliance.

For a privacy question or request, email meds.business@outlook.com or call (587) 355-1847. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
